Pamela K. Rineer

Pamela K. Rineer of Lancaster passed away early morning Friday, December 20, 2019 at Lancaster General Hospital, Penn Medicine from complications due to her long battle with kidney failure. She was the loving mother of Larry Rineer, Terrence Rineer (deceased), and Tanikka Hill. She is survived by her siblings Linda Rugel-Swanson (Husband, Alan Swanson), Charles Rineer III, and David Rineer; her grandchildren Vallesa Corollo, Jaedon Rineer, Kiara Santiago, Ava Laws, Nijah Muhammad and a slew of close friends and family.

Born in Salinas, CA, Pam was the daughter of Charles Rineer Jr. and Sigridur Rineer. She settled in Lancaster, PA in the late 70’s. A hard-working woman, Pam spent more than 20 years doing skilled labor for Y&S Candies. She retired due to illness in 2015.

It was fitting that she was called home to be with her son during the season of giving. She would give you the shirt off of her back if you would ask for it. Her joy was her grandchildren and family. On her days off, she enjoyed the arts, including movies and theatrical shows. She could go toe to toe with the best in movie trivia.

The family of Pamela welcomes you to attend her unconventional celebration of life at the Zoetropolis Movie Theater at 112 North Water Street, Lancaster at 12:00 PM on January 7, 2020.
