William E. Wood, 74, resident of Manor Care, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Born in Providence, R.I., he was the son of the late Ernest and Esther Wood. He is survived by siblings George Wood of Columbia and Janice Wood of Wrightsville; a nephew Garrett and a niece Lauren Wood.
Bill was a member of: Rolling Rhody’s Antique Car Club, Mediator Fellowship Club, International House of Brown University, Red Cross of Lancaster and the Lancaster Historical Society.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Grace Ubuntu Fellowship in the Crispus Attucks Building, on the corner of South Duke and Locust Street in Lancaster.
