Wanda Yenser

Wanda Yenser, 82, formerly of Mount Joy, PA, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2025. Wanda was born on March 17, 1942, and was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Edye.

She is survived by 2 children: Sharon Keck, wife of Randy Keck and John Edye Jr. She is the grandmother of Tiffany Edye, partner of Eric Whatmore, and Tarraney Gallo, wife of Aaron Gallo. She also cherished her role as a great-grandmother to three beautiful great-grandchildren.

For many years, Wanda ran a successful bed and breakfast, House on the Canal, where she made lasting memories and touched the lives of countless families who stayed with her. She was known for her warm hospitality and kind spirit. Beyond her work, Wanda had a deep love for flowers and gardening, and she enjoyed spending time thrift shopping, always finding treasures to share with those she loved.

Wanda’s love for her family and friends was evident in everything she did. She found great joy in being with them, and her love for Jesus Christ was at the center of her life, guiding her with compassion and grace.

A private memorial service will be held to celebrate Wanda’s life. Wanda's memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed, but her love, warmth, and faith will forever remain.
