Theresa Ann Grove Miller left us peacefully on February 14, surrounded by family. She will always be remembered for her kindness and love of animals, and her energetic attitude.
Born November 25, 1955, in Lancaster, PA, Terry was the fourth of six children, three boys and three girls, and grew up on Charlotte Street, in Lancaster PA.
Being baptized and confirmed in the Episcopal faith, she also sang in the choir. Terry attended both McCaskey High School and St. Joseph’s Academy. After marrying Anthony, she and her children moved to the suburbs of Reading where she took college courses and worked at Carpenter Steel before retiring to Lancaster.
She is survived by her parents M. Ann (Thomas) and Cleon E Grove of Lancaster, her son Edward Logan (Tammy) of Wrightsville, two brothers, Cleon Grove III (Debra) of Colorado Springs, Co., and John Grove (Devan), two sisters, Suzanne Whallon (Mark) of Mountville, Judy McDermott (Thomas) of Lancaster and two grandsons whom she loved with all her heart, Drake Logan, and Mannie Logan. She is predeceased by her daughter Jennifer Ann Logan and her brother David Allen Grove.
In lieu of flowers Terry asks that you send a donation to Hospice Community Care, who sent nurses to her home where she received comfort and care during the last part of her journey. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in April.
