Ramona Nieves, 85 died peacefully on September 8, 2014 at Lancaster General Hospital ICU .She was surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 6, 1929 to the late Cruz Talavera and Pedro Rodriguez in Aguadilla , Puerto Rico. She married the late Salvador Nieves and had seven children. Ramona is survived by her children Rosa Maria Rivera, Jose A Nieves, Maria Elena Cintron, Virginia Nieves, Ramona -Nieves Montes De Oca and Miguel Nieves. She also leaves behind twenty grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was predeceased in death by her eldest son Bernardo Nieves.
