Michael E. Weaver, 88, of Elizabethtown, passed away on December 6, 2023. He was the son of the late Frank H. Weaver and Jennie E. Weaver. He is predeceased by siblings Anna Ruhl, Wilbur, Harold, Frank, Betty, and Gerald Weaver.
A graduate of Kutztown College with a B.S. in art education, he spent his 30-year career teaching art at Donegal School District. With a talent and love for art and music, Michael was part of many musical productions through high school and college. He was also actively involved in local theater as an actor, singer, musician, and graphic artist for Lancaster Opera Workshop and Elizabethtown Little Theater.
Michael had many beloved nieces and nephews; surviving are Patricia Rosendale, Jill Gebhart, Jennie Cooper, Frank, Jesse, and Perry Weaver; and predeceased are Sharon McCarthy, Dan, Bill, and David Weaver, and Terry Ruhl.
