Margaret T. Bell “Jingles”, 75, of Ocean City, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, November 28 th , 2015 after a brief illness at her daughter’s house in Lancaster, PA surrounded by her family.

She was born in Philadelphia, PA to Thomas and Helen Esher on January 8 th , 1940.

She graduated from Notre Dame High School for Girls and served in the Air Force from 1958 – 1961.

She was a friend of Bill W., a Florist, and loved to attend children’s parties, street fairs and Ocean City Market Days as Jingles the Clown – painting faces and making children of all ages smile.  She loved her family dearly and was devoted to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild. Her home was at the beach, where she could scooter on the boardwalk or hang out with all her friends.  Her main goal in life was to put a smile on everyone’s face that she met. She will be forever missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her Children: Theresa Faber (William DeWald), Cathy Van Tash (Rob Van Tash), and Jim Bell (Sammantha Bell); Grandchildren: Jimmy Faber, Lauren Ruffin, Derek DiCamillo, Kaitlyn Van Tash, RJ Van Tash, Mason Bell, and Savannah Bell; Great-grandchild: Jase Ruffin.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Sea Isle Community Center 300 John F. Kennedy Blvd Sea Isle City, NJ 08243 on Sunday, December 6 th , 2015 at 11:00am with a reception immediately following. Friends may greet the family from 10:00am until the time of the service.
