Karen Louise Fry, 82, of Lancaster, went home with the Lord on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Born in Newark, NJ, a daughter of the late Kurt W. Scholz Sr. and Louisa Scholz. Karen was married to William C. Fry Sr. who died in 2016.
Karen had a loving relationship with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ. She grew up in Safe Harbor and was a lifelong member of the Safe Harbor UMC. Karen retired from Lancaster Office Equipment and Supply.
Karen is survived by her three children, William C. Fry Jr. (Lisa) of Manheim, Jonathan Fry(Desa) of Millersville, and Barbara Schuetrumpf (Neil) of Lancaster.
Karen deeply loved her five grandchildren, Garret Fry, Daniel Fry, Justine Fry, Emily Schuetrumpf, and Neil Schuetrumpf Jr.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers Kurt W. Scholz Jr. and Ken W. Scholz.
A memorial we be held on March 23rd at 11:00 am at the Safe Harbor United Methodist Church.
