Joseph “Joe” A. Foxall, 81, of Lancaster, PA, entered into rest on November 6, 2016.
Born in Barnesboro, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Shaw) Foxall.
He was preceded in death by one brother, William J. Foxall, and three sisters, Rita DeConna, Joann Evans, and Freda Gaskins.
He is survived by his sister, Margaret Weakland and ten nieces and nephews. Joe will be deeply missed
by his family and friends.
During his life, he was employed with the Pennsylvania Railroad, Barnes and Tucker Co., and Brubacher Excavating, Inc.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Joe was actively involved with his community as a volunteer firefighter in Barnesboro, PA for many years.
He will be laid to rest privately at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
