Jeffrey William Pearce

d. 2023

Jeffrey William Pearce (63) of Conway, S.C. passed away after a brief and heroic battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.  His son Brian and his daughters Dana & Dawn in Willow Street, PA surrounded Jeffrey at the time of his passing.  Jeffrey verbalized a feeling of peace and acceptance prior to his death; stating that he was ready to go home to his mansion in the sky.

Jeffrey was born to Lyle and Mary Ann Pearce on September 23, 1959 in Albany, NY.  He served in the United States Marine Corps as a young man and relocated to Myrtle Beach, S.C. many years later; where Jeffrey developed a love of golfing and Landscaping.  He was loved by many friends; especially those from The Legends, Grumpy Monk and Handley’s.

Jeffrey was a fiercely proud father of 7 and grandfather of 12.  He is survived by 7 children; Jeffrey (Carrie) Pearce, Dana (Michael) Wiwczar, Brian (Meagan) Pearce, Dawn Pearce, Erica Pearce, Amanda (Christopher) Diaz and James (Mackenzie) Pearce.

On January 28 th , 2023 Jeffrey made the brave choice to leave the hospital and battle his cancer diagnosis surrounded by friends and family.  Thank you to Jim and Michelle for hosting our father prior to his decision to move to Pennsylvania with his daughter and triplet grandsons. The time spent in Myrtle Beach with friends and family was precious to him and we will always cherish the love and kindness that was extended to our father and our family.

Jeffrey’s children will organize a celebration of life in the coming weeks (to be celebrated in Myrtle Beach, S.C.).
