Jean M. Ciarrocca, age 67, of Lancaster, formerly of Elmira NY, died on Saturday, October 15 th , 2016 at Conestoga View Nursing Home in Lancaster. She was born Jean Marie Gagliardi on July 1 st , 1949, to the late Paul J. Gagliardi and the late Ann P. Smith, in Elmira NY.
Jean was a loving mother and grandma with a kind heart who was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She had an outgoing, fun personality and was a generous lady who loved to paint. She was involved in many organizations throughout her life – from being a cub scout den mother to the Treasurer of the PTO to being on the residents’ council at Conestoga View.
She is survived by her children; Larry S. Ciarrocca, husband of Lori D., of Lancaster, Michelle A. Ciarrocca, wife of Matthew Moore, of Marietta PA, and 3 grandchildren, Elisabeth R. Ciarrocca, Emily L. Ciarrocca, and Owen Moore all of Lancaster.
Interment will be private at the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery, Millersville PA, at the convenience of the family.
