Gail “ Binky “ Bollinger , 69 , of Honey Brook , PA passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Ephrata Hospital following a brief illness.
Gail was born on June 29, 1944 in Coatesville, Pa. She was the daughter of the late Floyd E. and Elsie B. Barkley. She graduated from Coatesville High School in 1962 . Her companion of 16 years, Jerry Ziemer, passed just previous to her passing. She was married to David Boyd Meadows and Clarence “ Sonny “ Bollinger. She was predeceased by both husbands.
She was in the nursing profession for over 30 years as a CNA . She enjoyed spending time with her six children and 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed crocheting and taking care of all her cats, and countless strays. Gail was an organ donor and with her gift, she will live on through others.
Gail is survived by her six children – David A. Meadows, husband of Kelly Meadows, Dinina Faye Mercer, wife of Ronnie Mercer, Regina Gaye Houck, wife of Jake Houck, Selina Mae Gable, wife of Dave Gable, Ryan E. Meadows, significant other of Wanda Cherry, and Terina Rae Kurtz, widow of Chris Kurtz.
Cremation has taken place. A private family celebration of her life will take place at a later time.
