Daniel Stine

Daniel Luther Stine, 87, of Greencastle, PA, departed this life on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at the Masonic Village (Evergreen Hospice Wing) in Elizabethtown, PA. Born on May 30, 1937, in Franklin County, PA, he was the son of the late Harry Allen Stine and Margaretta (Snider) Stine.  

Daniel graduated from Greencastle-Antrim High School in 1956. He honorably served on active duty in the United States Army. Daniel retired from Grove Manufacturing where he was a welder for many years.  

Daniel was preceded in death by his wife, Elfriede "Elfie" (Henry) Stine, whom he married June 6, 1987. He is survived by his Stepdaughter, Angela Ann (Henry) Cooper and Step Grandchildren, Morgan Rose Cooper and William Henry Cooper.  

No funeral service will be held. Private interment will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg, PA.
