Jerry Lee Dussinger, 70, of Lancaster, went peacefully to be with the Lord on November 19, 2015.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Cindy, their daughter, Juli Schafer, wife of Leonard Schafer, granddaughter, Abby (Virginia), sister, Eleanor Glick (Lancaster) and brother, Jay Dussinger (Florida.)
He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Dussinger (Lancaster.)
He was born in Lancaster to the late Walter and Velma Dussinger, and graduated from Conestoga Valley High School. He worked at Jones Pontiac Honda for over 40 years as a car salesman and manager. As a young man Jerry was a band’s lead singer, card shark and quoit player. He was also a member of the Lancaster Cosmopolitan Club. After retirement, he looked forward to spending time with his family and friends from high school and the gym. He was a member of Wayside Presbyterian Church. And everywhere he went somebody knew Jerry.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service at Wayside Presbyterian: 600 Stony Battery Road, Landisville, PA on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 11am. Friends may greet the family from 10 am until the time of the service. Interment will be immediately following at the Memorial Garden behind the church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Wayside Presbyterian.
