Moshe Benjamin

Moshe Benjamin, 44, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home on December 8th, surrounded by loving family, following a valiant two-year fight against cancer. Moshe was born on October 19, 1979, in Tel Aviv, Israel, the son of Nissim Benjamin and Pamela Wise (nee Widrow). Moshe graduated from Solanco High School in 1998. He held various positions in the telecommunication industry. Moshe loved life and was always positive. He loved television, movies, sports, the beach and of course was a big foodie. Moshe is survived by his mother, to whom he was totally devoted, sister Shaina Misetic and husband Justin; stepfather Terry Wise, many aunts, uncles and cousins. And, finally, close family friend Dawn Scott, who greatly aided his mother in Moshe’s final care. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center, as Moshe was a lifelong animal lover.

  • Moshe will be missed by many and I was lucky to spend my childhood being so close to his loving family. My thoughts and love are with his family!

  • I was lucky to know Moshe. He was kind to everyone he met. Really taught me how to love unconditionally. His devotion to his family was an inspiration. He fought to live to the very end, always thinking of everyone else while he struggled. Rest in peace now Mo.
