At the bottom of this page, you will find a condolence form. You will need to fill out some basic information prior to typing your message.(We will not share your e-mail address with anyone) Once you are finished, simply click the submit condolence button. Within 24 hours the condolence will be approved before it is published to the web site.
Please Note: Once approved, all condolences are public.
We also provide a share feature located directly bof this page. This is particularly helpful to someone who may live out of town.

• I am truly sorry to hear of David’s passing. I dated his daughter for a couple years and had the pleasure of knowing Dave. He cared very much for his daughter, and always had a smile on his face. I am extremely sad to have seen of his passing. Rest in peace Dave, and I will always have love in my heart for you Shenoa.

• I am so sorry to hear That, My Name is Samira Zidany, I work at Citizens Bank in Lancaster, PA, I am the Branch Manager there, we all know David here at the branch and we know all his employees, such a great guys, his kindness, his smile, his caring, he is truly going to be missed. My condolences.

• We share our condolences with the family today. So sorry to hear of David’s passing. I’m sure he will be missed in many ways. I have good memories of David as one of my younger cousins at the Sweigart Reunions. God bless you all.
