Cynthia L. Welk

Cynthia L. Welk, 56, of East Petersburg, passed away on November 22, 2013 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was born April 13, 1957 in Leola the daughter of Richard Welk and the late Dorothy (Trego) Witmer.
Cynthia loved to cook for her friends and family. She is survived by her father, Richard Welk and his wife Margit Welk and her stepfather, Ben Witmer widower of Dorothy Witmer.
In addition she is survived by her sister Tammy Kopp and her husband Dale and her brother Richard Welk and his wife Brenda.
Cynthia will be missed by her loving beagles, “the boys,” Cooper and Barley and her loving friends Vicki Hoshower, Louise “Mama” Hoshower and Stephanie Hoshower. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
