Clarence H. Nixon Jr, 69, of Lancaster, Pa, passed away on January 25, 2019, after a long illness.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Lillie Nixon, and his Aunt Helen Matlack.
He is survived by his loving family : his father Clarence Sr., and his stepmother Shirley Nixon; his sister Valorie Nixon; his brother Lewis
Sr. (Anita); his brother Terence Nixon; his aunt Louise Nixon; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He served many years for his country in the Central Intelligence Agency, the US Army, and the US Post Office retiring recently.
He enjoyed music, sci-fi movies, and was an avid comic book collector.
Friends and family are invited to a homecoming service on February 23rd 2019 at 11 am, at Mt Zion Church, 404 Zion Hill Rd, Atglen, Pa 19310.
Donations instead of flowers in his memory to a church or charity of your choice.
My condolences of the family and friends of Clarence. I found out of his passing only recently.
I had the pleasure of working with Clarence for several years.
He was a comical man that made me a Jazz tape which I still have.
He enjoyed music and I was able to see him for meal one time.
His memory and spirit will always be with us.
